How long does the course take?

Our courses are a minimum of 16 months on programme. This is to give you ample time to complete any assignments and the learning is well paced.

What is an off the job training log?

This is a log of activities that you complete on a monthly basis with any training or activities that add to your apprenticeship learning.

How many hours off the job training do I need?

You will need 6 hours a week for the duration of your apprenticeship.

Do I have to make any payments?

No, you do not have to make any payments towards the cost of the apprenticeship. Your employer will be supporting you through the course.

My employer has asked me to pay the contribution towards my apprenticeship.

Please do not make any personal payment contribution to the apprenticeship as it is against the funding rules. Your employer is responsible for making the employer contribution payment.

What happens at the end of my course?

At the end of the course you will go forward for End Point Assessment. Your tutor will support you through the course to ensure you are ready for End Point Assessment.
