Entry Requirements and Progression

Typically, the entry requirement for this apprenticeship is five GCSEs at Grade C or higher. Upon completion, there are opportunities for professional development and progression, including registration as Associate members with relevant professional bodies.

Course Structure for
Level 3 Team Leader Supervisor

Programme learning

You will be supported by your tutor for between 12 to 16 months. This will also include maths and English if you do not already hold one. Once completed you will move to End Point Assessment.

Stage 1
EPA

Presentation with questions and answers: You will prepare and deliver a presentation based on topics covered within the apprenticeship.

Stage 2
EPA

3. Stage 2 EPA: Professional discussion: This will be underpinned by a portfolio of evidence and last for 45 minutes.
