Course Structure for
Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker

Programme learning

You will be supported by your tutor for between 12 to 16 months. You will achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. This will also include maths and English if you do not already hold one. Once completed you will move to End Point Assessment.

EPA

Situational Judgement Test: 60 multiple choice questions taken online under controlled conditions. This will be based on the knowledge and skills of your course.

Professional Discussion: A 45 minute discussion based on your self assessment and supporting evidence on the course.
